I called before I came, because it was a 2 hour drive to the store. The price I was quoted over the phone was the price I paid! I learned the hard way that not all companies do business this way, and am grateful that Bobby's Cycles did right by me! I will definitely do business here again!

My experience with Bobby’s Cycle Works has been better than positive. They have gone beyond what any other shop would have done. My first experience was with my son’s banshee. He had rebuilt it himself and modified the motor but it still wasn’t running well. We took it to several shops, even some Yamaha dealers but no one would work on it because it was modified. Bobby had no problem taking it in and fixed the issue. It ran great. My next experience with the shop is when my wife and I bought a used Prowler side by side from them. They customized it at no labor costs before we picked it up. But the most amazing thing is that within a few weeks of us taking it home there were a couple of mechanical issues that happen. Even though we purchased “As Is” Bobby fixed the issues free of charge and even gave us the parts for free. Some of which were fairly expensive. Since then any issue we have had they have taken care of us like family. No other dealer or shop would have done that. We continue to take our ATV’s there and my son also has work done there. They do take a little longer to get the job started but that is because they are so busy. I recently took my side by side there on a Monday morning and waiting to get it checked in there were 4 others with ATV’s waiting to get checked in. One coming over one hundred miles to get them to work on his machine (my son travels 250 miles one way). So you can see why they are so busy. They’re good. I would highly recommend them even if you have to travel and perhaps wait a little longer than normal.
